Shipping:

It takes 2-3 working days to make the product and next 4-5 working days for the delivery depending on your address location. Working days – Monday to Friday. Tracking details are automatically emailed to you once the parcel is shipped.

Kindly note : The courier company is just a third-party service that we use to ship the products. The shipping operation is entirely carried by courier service, so in case of any delays due to courier service internal matter we will not be able to take any action. All tracking updates will be communicated to you via courier service 

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

Cancellation Policy:

As the products are custom made (i.e. your name and/or number will be present on the product) there is no cancellation policy and we will not cater to any request after the product has been accepted by the customer.

Refund Policy:

An item can be returned within 5-days once it’s received by the customer provided the item is unused and unworn. The only exception is for all Costomized items, Free Gifts, or SALE items – these items are FINAL SALE ONLY.

To process a return/exchange:

Email us at support@barkandpurr.in with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.

Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in the original packaging by Bark and Purr. 

Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer.

Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days. Once the item is picked up, we will credit the amount of that item. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
